ManageEngine ADManager Plus is a comprehensive web-based solution aimed to meet the growing needs of Active Directory Management.
The product, with its ease-of-use, intuitive UI, eliminates the need of using command line tools and scripts to manage the Active
Directory. Highlighted features include, creation/modification of users,contacts and group using templates or importing from CSV
files, employee self-service portal, end-to-end reporting solution with more than 100 pre-defined reports. Some significant reports
include Inactive Users/Computers, Disabled Users, Account Expired Users, Locked Out, Password Reports, Exchange Reports, GPO Reports,
Group Reports, OU Reports, Computer reports, NTFS etc.
Help Desk Delegation feature allows Administrators to assign Help Desk Technicians who can attend tickets like reset passwords,

Hyena
Using the built-in Windows administration tools to manage a medium to large Windows NT or Windows 2000/2003 network can
be a challenge. Hyena is designed to both simplify and centralize nearly all of the day-to-day management tasks, while
providing new capabilities for system administration. Hyena uses an Explorer-style interface for all operations, including
right mouse click pop-up context menus for all objects. Management of users, groups, shares, domains, computers, services,
devices, events, files, printers and print jobs, sessions, open files, disk space, user rights, messaging, exporting, job
scheduling, processes, and printing are all supported. In addition to supporting standard Windows system management functions,
Hyena also includes extensive Active Directory integration. In fact, Hyena can be used on any Windows NT/2000/XP client to
manage any Windows NT 3.51, 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003 installation.
